Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead and manage all controlling, financial, and administrative functions of our local company. This critical role reports directly to the General Manager and partners closely with Regional and Corporate teams. The role also oversees Legal and Compliance contributing to both strategic and operational business decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

• Lead financial controlling functions, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

 

 

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.).

 

 

• Develop and implement 3-year financial plans, forecasts, and business plans.

 

 

• Ensure full compliance with local tax, VAT, and social insurance regulations.

 

 

• Lead the payroll process and ensure HR policies align with legal and internal standards.

 

 

• Evaluate financial viability of investments and new projects (e.g. new factory setups, M&A).

 

 

• Collaborate with auditors, banks, legal advisors, and local authorities.

 

 

• Support the GM in strategic planning, acquisitions, and business expansion.

 

 

• Prepare presentations for regional and corporate management.

 

 

• Maintain high standards of compliance, integrity, and adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct.

 

 

Working Days: Saturday to Wednesday

 

 

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 16:30 PM

Requirements

 

 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Master’s preferred).

 

 

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational or international companies.

 

 

• Strong knowledge of Iranian tax laws, social security regulations, and financial compliance.

 

 

• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, controlling, and reporting.

 

 

• Familiar with ERP systems and advanced MS Office skills Such as SAP/Hyperion or etc.

 

 

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

 

 

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
